Dak Lak to host national tourism year 2009 The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has approved Dak Lak ’s proposal to host the national tourism year 2009. Dak Lak province has held large festivals such as the Central Highlands Festival, Gong Festival and Buon Me Thuot Coffee Festival in recent years.
Int’l fireworks contest 2008: over 7,000 rooms available Restaurants and hotels in the central city of Danang are ready with more than 7,000 good-quality rooms to welcome tourists to the international fireworks contest 2008 held in the city on March 27-28, said Duong Thi Tho, Chairman of the tourism management office at Danang’s Tourism Department.
